  • CHRISTMAS:                $725/night    (Dec 22 - Jan 2)
  • WEEKLY RATE:           Book 7 nights get 1 night free
  • CLEANING FEE:          $175         (waived for 4 or more nights)

  • 50% due 30 days prior to arrival
  • $500 Damage deposit

*Damage deposit will be returned following cleaning inspection

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date
  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date
