REGULAR RATES: $625/night (Jan 3 - Mar 31 & May 24 - Sep 15)
LOW SEASON: $550/night (Apr 1 - May 23 & Sep 16 - Dec 21)
CHRISTMAS: $725/night (Dec 22 - Jan 2)
WEEKLY RATE: Book 7 nights get 1 night free
CLEANING FEE: $175 (waived for 4 or more nights)

BOOKING RESTRICTIONS:

3 Night minimum stay (4– Xmas season)
Minimum booking age 25
No Pets
No Smoking
