REGULAR RATES: $650/night (Jan 3 - Mar 31 & May 21 - Sep 21)
LOW SEASON: $575/night (Apr 1 - May 20 & Sep 22 - Dec 21)
CHRISTMAS: $750/night (Dec 22 - Jan 2)
WEEKLY RATE: Book 7 nights get 1 night free
CLEANING FEE: $175

BOOKING RESTRICTIONS:

3 Night minimum stay (4– Xmas season)
Minimum booking age 25
No Pets
