Payment:
- 50% down to secure booking
- 50% due 30 days prior to arrival
- $500 Damage deposit
*Damage deposit will be returned following cleaning inspection

Cancelation Policy:
- 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date
- 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date
Booking Restrictions:
- 3 Night minimum stay (4 - Xmas Season)
- Minimum booking age 25
- No Pets
- No Smoking
